If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and are passionate about delivering results, this is the role for you.What You Will Do:- Lead the planning and coordination of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.- Prepare formal documentation to high standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.- Manage and safeguard confidential information, including GDPR compliance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support R&D strategies.- Leverage government funding opportunities to accelerate and scale up innovative projects.- Provide responsive support to internal teams, ensuring seamless project delivery.What You Will Bring:- High level of numeracy and exceptional attention to detail.- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Effective communication skills, with experience engaging internal teams and external partners.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP.- Previous experience in business planning or project management office environments, with a self-motivated approach to work.This role plays a pivotal part in advancing the company's collaborative R&D initiatives, enabling impactful partnerships with industry and academia.
