The school requires the following responsibilities:
  • Monitor and supervise exam rooms to guarantee adherence to established guidelines
  • Distribute and collect exam materials with precision and attention to detail
  • Provide clear instructions to candidates and address any inquiries professionally
  • Maintain a vigilant presence to prevent and inform any potential misconduct during exams
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to process student data to provide statistical reports and analysis
  • Recording details of late arrivals and early leavers and collecting scripts from early leavers
  • Supervising any candidates who may need to leave the room in accordance with exam regulations
  • Collaborate with fellow invigilators and administrative staff to ensure seamless exam processes
These are some of the requirements that we need from you :
  • Experience of working in a school or further education setting
  • Experience in the role of an examinations officer
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service
  • 2 proven professional reference
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
