Our home is clean, tidy, and full of personality, just like us!We're always up for trying new things and enjoy a wide range of activities. We have our own car, but we're also happy to hop on a bus or grab a taxi when needed - we enjoy getting out and about!What makes us tick? A good laugh, a listening ear, and someone who can lift our spirits when we need a little boost. If you're someone who's positive, motivating, and knows how to connect with people, we'd love to meet you.Other important information?We have 2 or 3 staff on at a time, this allows us to have 1:1 time with them to do our chosen activities.Shift pattern is anything from 8am until 10pm then a sleep shift starting at 10pm until 8amYour values:We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
