
Project Manager – Automation, Digital, and Learning Solutions

- Responsible for the development, tracking, and management of project scope, schedule, costs, global resource plans, issues and risks, as well as maintaining project and product quality for projects assigned.
- Develop, forecast, and manage project financial budgets on a regular basis.
- Engage with global team members, internal teams, and vendors – providing guidance as required.
- Ensure successful project integration management in AD&L, plan and monitor stakeholder management, provide clear and transparent project reporting for various audiences, lead reviews and seek approvals from identified stakeholders, and deliver effective communications on project activities.
- Prioritize On Time To Market (OTTM), On Time Delivery or On Target Delivery (OTD) determined by the product launch requirements in the project plan or the customer contract.
- Participate in and/or lead Continuous Improvement activities and stay up to date with current trends in project management methodologies and tools.
- University degree with three (3) to five (5) years of relevant Project Management experience within the Biotechnology or Life Sciences sectors, and/or Project
- Management experience leading multiple engineering discipline teams.
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills; including excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and enjoys teamwork.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 10% of time.
- Valid work permit for the United Kingdom.
- It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP certification is preferred but not required.
- Understanding and experience with cGMP change control systems and GxP is preferred but not required.
