Are you a detail-oriented property professional with a passion for residential conveyancing and new build plot sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Plot Sales Executive to join our dynamic and expanding Plot Sales team.About the RoleYou'll play a key role in managing plot sales and other new build disposal transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our property transactions.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a motivated and experienced individual with:
  • Solid knowledge of property law, especially in new builds and plot sales
  • Proven experience as a fee earner or legal assistant in residential conveyancing or volume conveyancing
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with management, sales, and development teams
  • Excellent organisational, communication, technical, and IT skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue sales packs including contracts, title documents, and estate information
  • Liaise with purchasers' solicitors and respond to enquiries
  • Monitor and manage contract exchanges and completions
  • Draft leases, transfers, mortgagee releases, and other legal documents
  • Handle financial transactions, billing, and ledger reconciliation
