  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students across various age groups and abilities
  • Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans, adapting as necessary to meet the needs of individual students
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic progress
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different teaching environments
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
  • Previous experience working as a teacher or educator
  • Experience in delivering lessons to diverse student populations
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of educational principles and practises
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
  • Proficient in classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional postgraduate qualifications in Education
  • Experience in working as a supply teacher
Working Conditions:
  • Work in various schools across Essex and the surrounding areas
  • Flexible working hours based on school requirements
  • Potential for travel between different school locations
