Do you love the buzz of teaching but want a better work-life balance?We’re searching for enthusiastic Early Years and KS1 Primary Teachers to join our supply team, working with a fantastic mix of primary schools across Epping Forest.This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and flexibility — whether you’d like occasional supply days, or something more consistent such as short or long-term placements.What You’ll Be DoingTeaching across Early Years and KS1 in line with school plans and policies.Creating engaging, fun, and age-appropriate learning opportunities.Supporting pupils’ learning and development while encouraging confidence and independence.Quickly adapting to different school environments and routines.Building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and the wider school community.What We’re Looking For✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✅ Recent experience working in EYFS or KS1.
✅ Flexible, proactive, and confident in new settings.
✅ Strong communication and classroom management skills.
