We're seeking a Transport Compliance Specialist to help us maintain the highest standards of fleet safety and regulatory compliance across our network of transport and workshop operations.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, safety-first business and make a real difference in ensuring compliance with transport and dangerous goods legislation in a key region of our UK operations.About the Role:As a Transport Compliance Specialist, you'll serve as the subject matter expert for:Fleet safetyTransport legislation (including Operator Licence)Workshop systemsDangerous Goods (ADR & CDG) complianceYou will be responsible for auditing transport and workshop sites across the North and Scotland (part of a wider national team), supporting operational teams, and ensuring full legal compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.This role includes both strategic guidance and hands-on compliance auditing, with a key focus on coaching, mentoring, and improving performance.Key Responsibilities:Conduct structured compliance audits across multiple sitesAdvise on Operator Licence compliance, workshop standards, and ADR/CDG regulationsProvide clear, practical guidance to Transport Managers, Workshop Supervisors, and other stakeholdersMonitor and report on KPIs, non-compliance trends, and areas for improvementLead investigations into process failures and contribute to continuous improvement projectsRepresent Calor during regulatory audits, including Department for Transport inspectionsCompile detailed compliance reports and legally required documentationWhat We're Looking For:Essential:
