Culina Group is a leading UK 3rd party food & drinks logistics provider offering dedicated and shared user warehousing and distribution solutions.At Culina we have a winning culture, we believe that our culture is one of the reasons our company continues to thrive… A place where you're valued, challenged, and inspired!Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our team in Market Drayton on a full time permanent basis!Working in the finance team, as an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for processing invoices for Group & 3rd party suppliers.This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, offering a competitive salary and package and the opportunity to work with a forward thinking market leader.Key Duties of an Accounts Assistant:
  • As part of a team, to be responsible for processing supplier invoices.
  • Dealing with any subsequent supplier queries.
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Use of SAP for analysis/investigative work as required.
  • General administrative / adhoc duties to support the finance team.
QualificationsTo apply for the role of Accounts Assistant you will possess the following skills:
  • Computer literate with a high level of Excel skills.
  • Experience using Accounting software packages and knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Finance qualifications advantageous.
  • Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
  • Confident when dealing with people on the telephone/ in person and at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, in order to deliver accurate information.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
