Our client is a leading cultural destination in London, welcoming thousands of visitors every year. With a mission to inspire, educate and engage, they bring together history, art, and world-class experiences in one of the city’s most iconic settings.THE ROLE
You’ll be the go-to data expert, translating customer and campaign data into actionable insights that drive smarter segmentation, improved reporting, and more effective marketing campaigns. Expect to work on:
- Building campaign selections and predictive models
- Developing and automating reporting tools to support marketing and membership teams.
- Exploring the database to uncover opportunities for improved targeting and engagement.
- Supporting the CRM strategy
- Strong data/CRM background (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Confident with programming languages and building tools to reduce manual reporting.
- Proactive, independent, and able to translate complex data into plain English.
- A real team player who enjoys collaborating across departments.
- Passion for the cultural/heritage sector is a bonus, but not essential.
