
Marketing Data Analyst - Measurement Coordination

- Reconcile our marketing spend and performance across different sources, and finance-reported costs.
- Identify and support the resolution of discrepancies between marketing platforms and internal systems.
- Maintain understanding and documentation of the data sources, reconciliation and resolution for marketing data.
- Proactively identify issues and gaps in data.
- Coordinate with internal data engineering teams and external partners to resolve data quality issues and feed disruptions.
- Work with our Reporting Analytics function to support development of accurate marketing spend and performance reporting.
- Support weekly, monthly and quarterly data refreshes across different modelling and reporting efforts.
- Collaborate with Marketing Analysts, Marketing stakeholders and SMEs, Data Engineering and our Finance teams to ensure that performance reports and models reflect the latest data.
- Ensure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role.
- Identify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line manager.
- Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training assigned to you.
- Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.
- Experience in data operations or analytics role.
- Familiarity with marketing and media channels, and the methods and metrics used to understand marketing performance and attribution.
- Comfortable querying data using SQL, and using BI platforms to access data.
- Exposure to marketing analytics concepts like media-mix modelling, last-click attribution, campaign tracking and performance KPIs.
- Experience working with marketing stakeholders and data engineering teams.
- Well organised and able to manage across multiple data sources and projects.
- Strong communication to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A problem-solving nature and analytic curiosity.
