This role involves working with international suppliers, evaluating processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the introduction of new products within a high-precision engineering environment.They operate from a state-of-the-art facility where high-tech products are both designed and manufactured under one roof. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving quality across a global supplier network.Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance
- Lead PPAP and root cause analysis for non-conformances
- Conduct supplier audits and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams
- Support quality compliance and metrology best practices
- HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience in a supplier quality role in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and core quality tools
- Willingness to travel and confidence to drive change with suppliers
