- Experience with EDI systems, protocols and data formats
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and service delivery principles
- Hands-on use of ITSM platforms for ticket management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders confidently
- Familiarity of reporting methodologies & governance
- Comfortable delivering presentations or training sessions
- Strategic mindset with a track record of process improvement
