In return, we offer our employees competitive rates of pay, full training both online and in person, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.We are currently recruiting for a bank Kitchen Assistant to support the Cook with the preparation and serving of nutritiously balanced meals whilst maintaining a safe and hygienically clean working environment .About the roleMain Duties and Responsibilities1. To communicate with and assist the cook.2. To store ordered foods in their appropriate places.3. To set tables in the dining rooms before meal times.4. To transport meals and trolleys too and from the dining rooms.5. To ensure the kitchen equipment is kept hygienically clean6. To clean all surfaces including the floor.7. To clean all pots/pans and dishes and stack in the shelving racks.8. To be aware of and comply with Health and Safety requirements in the kitchen.9. To show courteousness and willingness to help/assist all persons visiting the Home.10. To discuss personal and professional development with your supervisor.11.
