🏢 Sector: Facilities Management / Building Services🔧 About the RoleThis is a hands-on role for a plumbing-biased engineer who’s confident working across multiple disciplines. You’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance, supporting minor works, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Deliver M&E PPM and minor works to a high standard.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team and client.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Salisbury standards.
- Keep clients and colleagues informed with regular updates.
- Accurately record work using the Maximo CAFM system via tablet.
- Liaise with account coordinators, management, and subcontractors.
- Take ownership of the site and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Participate in the on-call rota and support emergency call-outs when required.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential)
- Strong experience with building services plant and HVAC systems
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar multi-discipline environment
- Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo) and smartphone-based work management
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
- Comfortable turning your hand to a wide range of building maintenance tasks
