- Lead, manage and motivate the team working collaboratively across our Adult Learning Centres.
- Lead on and be responsible for delivering a range of initiatives which will benefit MAES learners and staff.
- Be responsible for identifying, delivering and reviewing Adult Learning Centre support services.
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal teams and external partners to maximise the impact of joint working and actively promote interagency working throughout Manchester City.
- Level 3 Business Administration qualification or willingness to achieve one within 2 years.
- Evidence of and commitment to continual professional and management development.
- Willingness to travel to meet business needs.
- A willingness to travel across the city.
- Experience of managing people effectively.
- Customer focused and a desire to provide services to a high standard.
- Oversee day-to-day running of our Adult Learning Centres.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills and the ability to appropriately manage multiple tasks and remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Experience of managing and leading support/administrative services
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and an excellent customer focused service that contribute to overall great customer services
- Demonstrates effective and clear written and verbal communication skills to a range of people ensuring delivery is professional.
