- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your allocated kitchen section to the highest standards.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes.
- Monitor portion control and minimise waste to maximise efficiency.
- Support stock control and ordering processes.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment is maintained at all times.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
- A genuine passion for food, creativity, and culinary excellence.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to remain calm and precise under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in professional cookery (desirable).
- Must provide own knives.
