The People Services Admin will provide vital support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient and accurate administrative processes in the healthcare industry. This permanent role is based in London and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-structured team.
  • Provide People Administration support and act as first contact for HR and volunteer queries.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and volunteer administration processes.
  • Ensure timely payroll submissions and maintain accessible HR policies.
  • Administer People systems, maintain data accuracy, and generate reports.
  • Offer first-line HR advice and support, including managing leaver processes.
  • Handle general HR administration, document management, and email inboxes.
  • Maintain compliance with infection control, health & safety, and confidentiality standards.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent written communication, and advanced MS Office proficiency.
  • Experience in People Services or HR environment, with familiarity using HR systems.

  • Professional telephone manner, positive attitude, calm under pressure, and adaptable to change.

  • Relevant role-specific requirements: enhanced DBS check and clean UK driver's license.
