- Support the Company’s cyclical and BAU reward processes, such as Annual Compensation Review, Benchmarking, Equal Pay Reviews etc.
- Support regulatory processes and disclosures (including MRT identification, annual accounts, Gender Pay Gap reporting etc.)
- Help develop and administer reward policies and plans, such deferral plans and sales incentives plans, as well as produce and issue associated communications/legal documents.
- Support Committee papers generation and the co-ordination of Compensation Committee meetings.
- General support for the wider HR team, including cross-training, and role-modelling for junior employees.
- Co-ordinate the day-to-day administration of benefits matters, including invoice management and providing first-line support to employees and managers through the Benefits mailbox.
- Support the implementation, administration and communication of any new benefit projects/programme initiatives.
- Support relationship management with the Benefits Broker and Benefits suppliers, including day-to-day communication, service level reviews, benchmarking, and monthly reporting.
- Collate, analyse and present MI related to benefits uptake, engagement, and impact.
- Horizon-scan for changes to Tax/Benefit legislation and market practice.
- Support the day-to-day management of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including high-level system administration and ownership of reward and benefits data on the platform.
- Provide project support to aid the delivery of key change processes from within HR and across the business as appropriate.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business. Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies.
- Prior experience of working with benefits is essential, experience of compensation/reward is preferred.
- Previous experience of data analysis and presentation (in Excel and/or Powerpoint) is essential
- Preferred background from Financial Services but will consider other fast-paced corporate environments.
- Advanced Excel Skills (lookups, index, pivots essential). General MS Office skills desired (mail merge a plus). Prior experience of HRIS System Administration/management would be highly advantageous.
- Confidence in communicating with a range of stakeholders both verbally and in writing, and able to translate complex technical issues for employees in a simple and concise manner.
- Solutions-oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude; keen to suggest process changes and improvements.
- Strong time and priority management skills. Prior involvement in corporate change projects is beneficial, but not essential.
