
Operational Trainer

- Conduct capability assessments and confirm competency of production colleagues.
- Deliver hands-on training and support for colleagues needing additional development.
- Collaborate with Area Managers, ASLs, and Team Leaders to identify training needs.
- Maintain and update skills matrices and training records to audit-ready standards.
- Support the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Deliver refresher training and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Contribute to new process introductions, trials, and improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs based on feedback.
- Experience in training, coaching, or buddying within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of production processes and a passion for driving quality.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A ‘Train the Trainer’ and/or Assessor qualification (or willingness to work toward).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
- Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00
