Technology Business Partner Lead - London/Hybrid - £75-80K per annumMy client a leader in their field are looking for a dynamic Technology Business Partner Lead to join their team and drive transformative change through the strategic use of technology. As part of our Group Technology function, this role is pivotal in building strong partnerships between technology and the wider business and leading a high-performing team to deliver real impact.Reporting to senior leadership and working cross-functionally, you'll lead a team of Technology Business Partners and QA professionals, delivering both operational excellence and strategic value. This is a unique opportunity to influence business outcomes, shape cultural change, and embed technology more deeply into the way we work.What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop a team of five Technology Business Partners and QA experts, nurturing a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the vital link between technology and the business, working with the SLT to identify, shape, and deliver high-impact technology initiatives aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Drive Cultural Transformation: Lead change programmes to improve tech awareness and adoption across the organisation, including training design and delivery.
  • Oversee Tech Change Requests: Translate business needs into technical solutions, guiding the team in managing the Technology Change Plan and collaborating with software teams to deliver on time and with quality.
  • Ensure Quality Excellence: Work with the Senior Test Analyst to ensure robust QA practices, efficient testing processes, and adherence to quality standards for all tech solutions.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with core software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
