Part of the team delivering University transition activities, this role is key in the delivery of the first year of our Future Skills programme, Navigate. The role involves designing and delivering a range of resources and activities that help students transition into and through higher education, develop a foundational knowledge of the Kingston graduate attributes, understand themselves better and prepare for further stages of the Future Skills programme. Additionally, it will support with the planning and delivery of other key transition-focused deliverables.The PersonThe ideal candidate is a dynamic and innovative professional with a passion for supporting students' transition and development. They excel at designing engaging, inclusive and flexible resources and sessions, contextualised within different areas of study and tailored to diverse learning preferences.
