SEN TutorSalary:£25 - £35 Per hourJob Duties:
  • Provide tailored teaching and support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
  • Deliver engaging lessons to help students achieve academic progress
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support students' holistic development
Required Qualifications:
  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience:At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SENKnowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of different learning styles and needs
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual students
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in using assistive technology for SEN
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Education
  • Training in specific SEN interventions
Working Conditions:
  • Part-time hours, flexible schedule
  • Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
  • Potential for remote teaching depending on the situation

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
