- Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
- Deliver engaging lessons to help students achieve academic progress
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support students' holistic development
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of different learning styles and needs
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual students
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using assistive technology for SEN
- Postgraduate qualification in Special Education
- Training in specific SEN interventions
- Part-time hours, flexible schedule
- Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
- Potential for remote teaching depending on the situation
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
