- Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic and social development
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Experience working with individuals with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN support strategies and resources
- Understanding of SEN legislation and policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Patience and empathy towards students with diverse learning requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
- Experience working in a variety of educational settings
- Part-Time hours, temporary position
- Work closely with students, teachers, and parents
- Varied working environments including classrooms, resource rooms, and individual support sessions
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
