What you’ll be doing:
As an Agency Chef, you’ll be stepping into different kitchens to support teams during busy periods, holidays, or staff shortages. You’ll:
  • Deliver high-quality dishes in line with each venue’s menu
  • Adapt quickly to new kitchen environments and setups
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, speed and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
What we’re looking for:
We’re after skilled and reliable chefs who can hit the ground running. To succeed as a Chef de Partie in Edinburgh you’ll need:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
  • Up-to-date Food Hygiene & Allergen certificates
  • Strong punctuality and a proactive approach
  • Two references to verify your experience
