As an Agency Chef, you’ll be stepping into different kitchens to support teams during busy periods, holidays, or staff shortages. You’ll:
- Deliver high-quality dishes in line with each venue’s menu
- Adapt quickly to new kitchen environments and setups
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, speed and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
We’re after skilled and reliable chefs who can hit the ground running. To succeed as a Chef de Partie in Edinburgh you’ll need:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Up-to-date Food Hygiene & Allergen certificates
- Strong punctuality and a proactive approach
- Two references to verify your experience
