Commis ChefWe are looking for a Commis Chef to join our team at Dundonald Links in Irvine, Ayrshire. Hourly salary of £12.21.This is a permanent position to work part time hours. Whether you are looking for a role in food and beverage, grounds, maintenance, housekeeping, entertainment or at a management level then the Darwin family will have the career waiting for you!About the roleMain responsibilities:The successful Commis Chef will,· Ensure that all preparation and presentation of food is in line with the company's high standards.· Ensure that all stock rotation is accurate and effective.· Comply with all food hygiene regulations at all times.· Help with pot washing.· Assist with collecting tableware and plates within the restaurant area.Requirements:Similar previous experience is desired. Catering qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
