- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Open Intelligence, aligning with Choreograph's goals and market needs. Drive innovation by utilizing AI-powered predictive intelligence, large marketing models, and privacy-first solutions to deliver faster, richer insights at scale. You will champion the evolution of our AI-powered predictive intelligence, maintaining an always-on, real-time view across billions of individuals to optimize segmentation, creativity, and media. You will also guide the development of our industry-first Large Marketing Model (LMM), trained on trillions of signals and brand first-party data, refined against real campaign outcomes to optimize audience performance and drive business outcomes.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and excellence. Work closely with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to transform concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless integration of Open Intelligence across platforms and client ecosystems.
- Execution and Delivery: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing improvement, ensuring the timely delivery of impactful solutions. Establish clear milestones and KPIs to track progress and drive business outcomes using agile methodologies. Ensure Open Intelligence operates seamlessly across cloud providers and data warehouses, and offers maximum flexibility, faster onboarding, and easier integration without requiring clients to re-architect their tech stacks.
- Drive Breakthrough AI Solutions: Lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI products by leveraging unique data, exclusive partnerships, and innovative features to achieve industry-leading cost efficiencies and performance gains. Continuously research and integrate advanced AI models and emerging methodologies to ensure our product portfolio remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
- Advocacy and Representation: Serve as the face of Open Intelligence, representing the product to executive leadership, clients, and industry forums. Effectively communicate its value proposition, highlighting its ability to unlock predictive performance and deliver measurable results. Champion privacy-by-default solutions, ensuring compliance with global regulations while exploring new opportunities for data collaboration.

- Proven experience in leading large-scale product organizations, ideally within AI, AdTech, or data-driven environments.
- Deep understanding of AI-powered predictive intelligence, machine learning frameworks, and scalable product architectures. Specific experience with Large Marketing Models (LMMs) and their application in optimizing audience performance is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of privacy-first solutions, cross-cloud interoperability, and audience-based marketing strategies. Demonstrated experience with privacy-by-default architectures and enabling secure data collaboration without data movement is key.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to executive audiences and industry forums.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance visionary thinking with pragmatic execution.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
