They encourage innovation, value individuality, and operate with a strong focus on customer experience, sustainability, and staff wellbeing.The RoleAs Head of Media Sales, you will:Lead and develop the M&E sales team, building a high-performance, customer-focused culture.Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management, market insight, and customer engagement.Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver competitive solutions.Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring solutions deliver tangible business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, scale, and manage a successful M&E sales organisation.Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent.Set performance targets, coach the team, and hold them accountable.Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.Partner with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to enhance go-to-market success.About YouStrong experience in sales leadership, specifically within the Media & Entertainment industry.Proven track record of revenue growth and team development.Strong understanding of M&E workflows, vendors, and market dynamics.Expertise in sales methodologies, CRM (Salesforce), and pipeline management.Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.Experience in post-production, broadcast, production, or related technology channels.Strong vendor and partner relationships in the M&E industry.Application ProcessAll applications for this role will be managed exclusively by Christy Media Solutions on behalf of Jigsaw24.If you are ready to take on a strategic leadership role in one of the UK's leading M&E technology providers, please apply via Christy Media Solutions.
