- Process and maintain accurate sales ledger records, including invoicing and payment allocation.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.
- Prepare and issue statements and reports as required.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Strong understanding of sales ledger processes and principles.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively in a temporary role.
- Working within the Not For Profit sector is desirable.
- Hourly pay ranging from £12.60 to £13.00, depending on experience.
