- Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations, both in the showroom and during test drives, highlighting product benefits and advanced technologies.
- Support the sales and aftersales teams by sharing expertise, helping to convert enquiries into customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up to date on the latest Mercedes-Benz vehicles, software, and market trends by participating in manufacturer training and self-directed learning.
- Facilitate the new vehicle handover process, ensuring customers fully understand their vehicle's features and benefits.
- Maintain the showroom's professional standards, ensuring all display vehicles and information points are immaculate, informative, and aligned with Mercedes-Benz brand values.
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for exceeding visitor expectations.
- Confident presentation abilities, capable of engaging audiences one-to-one or in small groups.
