- Architect and launch a comprehensive sales enablement function, tailored to Node4's strategic goals and service portfolio.
- Design and deliver structured enablement programmes focused on technical solution selling, new service launches, and evolving technologies.
- Lead technical onboarding for new sales and account management hires, collaborating with Pre-Sales and Product teams to accelerate time-to-productivity.
- Create, curate, and manage a central repository of enablement content, including solution playbooks, technical battle cards, case studies, proposal templates, and FAQs.
- Partner with colleagues in the CTO's Office, Technical Directors, and Product Managers to translate technical roadmaps and innovation into enablement initiatives.
- Integrate feedback from sales, technical, and product teams into future service development and go-to-market planning.
- Define, track, and report on enablement KPIs (training participation, technical content usage, onboarding speed, sales effectiveness).
- Support and communicate technical aspects of go-to-market strategies for new services and innovations.
- Demonstrable experience in building and leading sales enablement functions (ideally within an MSP, IT services, telecoms, or technology environment).
- Strong understanding of managed services, technical solution selling, and the commercialisation of new technology offerings.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B IT services sales processes (ideally including cloud, data, modern apps, managed services, modern workplace, or connectivity solutions).
- Proven track record in developing and delivering engaging enablement programmes and training materials.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills-able to bridge commercial and technical teams.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Analytical and data-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable results.
- Familiarity with sales and technical enablement tools.
