- Work closely with our Bid Manager to develop high quality submissions for exciting renewable energy projects.
- Organise and maintain bid documents, ensuring everything is structured, current and ready to go.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to craft compelling proposals within sometimes tight timeframes.
- Support the creation and formatting of bid presentations and proposals.
- Review bid specifications and requirements to ensure compliance with client expectations.
- Keep track of submission deadlines and bid progress, providing timely updates to the team.
- Ensure accuracy, quality and compliance across all bid documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our bids process.
- Experience in bids, proposals, or admin roles involving coordination and deadlines.
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks across different projects.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have experience using Salesforce CRM
- Have a background or interest in the renewable energy sector.
