- Oversee onsite contractors and ensure safety compliance.
- Carry out regular audits and support Business Continuity plans.
- Manage building and door access passes.
- Liaise with landlords on security, maintenance, and service charges.
- Support environmental audits and ISO 14001 compliance.
- Help with events, moves, and occasional reception cover.
- 2+ years in a facilities, office, or similar role.
- Experience supervising hard and soft services.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety (NEBOSH or equivalent a plus).
- Organised, approachable, and able to handle multiple priorities.
