An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established national law firm, which is seeking a solicitor to join its Glasgow-based insurance litigation team. This role focuses on defending a broad range of claims, including employers' liability, public liability, disease, and motor/fraud cases.You will handle your own caseload of pre-litigation and litigated matters, while assisting on complex, high-value cases. Clients include insurers, businesses, and public sector bodies. The role covers all aspects of litigation, from investigations to liaising with witnesses, courts, and opponents.You should have 1-3 years' PQE, solid EL/PL defence experience, and familiarity with Scottish court procedures. Experience in motor, fraud, or disease claims is a plus.
