- Qualified solicitor (Scotland or England & Wales)
- Experience in commercial or corporate law, gained during traineeship or post-qualification
- Interest in legal innovation and technology-driven service delivery
- Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across legal and technical teams
- Familiar with digital tools such as MS365 and comfortable working with process improvement platforms
- Exposure to data tools and visualisation (e.g. dashboards, reporting tools, or basic analytics)
- Capable of contributing to project delivery and adapting to new ways of working
