- Lead the design and delivery of national pricing strategies, service bundles, and new market opportunities.
- Take full P&L responsibility for care streams, driving profitable growth while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Use customer and operational data to shape commercial performance and reporting dashboards.
- Champion innovation through pilots, new pricing models, and enhanced service propositions.
- Collaborate across Care, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Transformation teams to deliver measurable results.
- Proven commercial leadership experience within domiciliary or extra care environments.
- Expertise in pricing strategy, market analysis, and revenue growth.
- Strong track record in customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Skilled influencer with cross-functional leadership experience.
- Knowledge of local authority contracting, funding models, and CQC requirements.
- Commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills at a high level.
- Growth in additional services revenue and hours delivered.
