- Ability to demonstrate operational and/ or clinical experience in order to interpret performance against key national standards.
- Demonstrate the skill and knowledge to lead a project group.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Educated to Degree or master's Level of Education
- Practical experience of Change Management.
- Examples of facilitating collaborative working across both operational and clinical staff.
- Performance management including monitoring of delivery to timescales.
- Examples of leading multidisciplinary team projects including senior clinical staff Project management
- Knowledge of NHS datasets and analysis
- Highly developed negotiating and influencing skills, overcoming barriers to understanding and acceptance, and reaching agreements
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex facts or situations
- Good working knowledge and practical skills in the use of Microsoft Office products to aid in report development and performance management.
- Understanding of broad NHS roles and responsibilities, structures and processes
- Working knowledge of PRINCE2 and or similar PMO principles.
- Access and Cancer Services agenda.
