Quoted Works Delivery Manager

- Support the Quoted Works Contract Manager in delivering small works
- Ensure specifications and scope of works are agreed with the customer
- Coordinate contractor site surveys to define required works
- Plan and coordinate works with subcontractors and internal FM engineering teams
- Ensure all works are delivered safely on time, and to technical specifications
- Review and approve RAMS and SSOW documentation
- Manage permits to work in line with MAG and Mitie QHSE protocols
- Conduct audits and inspections to uphold safety and compliance
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, FM leads, project managers, and internal teams
- Provide QHSE support to the self-delivery engineering team
- Ensure accurate project documentation and timely reporting
- Support monthly performance reviews and contract compliance checks
- Uphold company policies and procedures
- Take on additional tasks aligned with your technical expertise
- Promote a proactive safety culture across the site
- Proven experience in engineering project delivery within a technical FM environment
- Hands-on experience in civil or fabric works (preferred)
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of CDM regulations (preferred)
- Strong understanding of building services and FM operations
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
