Outsourced IT means strong collaboration with trusted third party suppliers is vital to delivering continuous improvement.The firm boasts a healthy, forward looking project pipeline including a major intranet redevelopment and a bold initiative to identify and implement real world AI use cases, offering you the chance to be at the forefront of intelligent automation and digital transformation.The RoleAs the sole Business Analyst, you will be the driving force behind business analysis and change management initiatives. You'll need to hit the ground running with proven end to end change experience, confidently managing projects from initial requirements gathering through to delivery and adoption.Your focus will be on process improvement, analysing and redesigning workflows to create greater efficiency and value. You'll gather and refine requirements, develop recommendations, and champion technology and process optimisation across the business.Excellent communication is essential, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, gain buy in, and bring the entire business along on the journey of change and innovation.This role blends business analysis with project management responsibilities, requiring someone adaptable and organised enough to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, liaise closely with outsourced IT partners, and deliver clear results.Why This Role?** Innovation & Impact: Play a central role in exploring how AI can transform business operations from automating routine tasks to delivering actionable insights.

** Strong process mapping, analysis, and continuous improvement skills
** Solid project management capabilities, confident managing multiple projects, timelines, and suppliers
** Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build consensus and secure buy in
** Analytical mindset with a passion for identifying efficiencies and implementing practical technology solutions
** Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams
** Comfortable working with outsourced IT partners and managing third party relationshipsLocation and BenefitsTheir office is based in Edinburgh City Centre, with excellent transport links. They operate a hybrid working policy with 3 days onsite per week.
