Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Fellow Higher (ST3 -5/ST6+) in Radiology (Cross Sectional) at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH) to commence from 01 September 2025 until 04 August 2026.Main duties of the jobThe duties of this post include;Sub-specialist interest sessions (80%): The successful candidate will have the opportunity to obtain training in a sub-specialist interest with a preference for any of the following sub-speciality radiology: Breast, Chest/Cardiac, Gastrointestinal, Gynaecological & Uroradiology or Oncological. These have the opportunity to learn relevant interventional oncology skills (biopsies and drains).General radiology sessions (20%): Reporting chest and body CT, hot seat plain film reporting, general US, presentation at clinico-radiological meetings.Please note that these posts do not carry Postgraduate Dean's approval or training recognition.Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at time of commencement (in September 2025) is required.About usThe applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC's Good Medical Practice (2013).
