- Proactively source new outbound leads.
- Generate interest in Perkbox Vivup by utilising multiple channels including email, phone calls, LinkedIn and video.
- Book and take qualification calls with prospects to uncover their needs & qualify or disqualify them as an opportunity.
- Clearly communicate the Perkbox Vivup value proposition and sensitively navigate and overcome objections.
- Deliver fantastic customer service to prospects throughout all aspects of the sales process.
- Schedule demos of the Perkbox Vivup platform with qualified prospects for our team of Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating with the AEs to ensure a smooth lead handover process.
- Update and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads in Salesforce and ensure consistently good data hygiene.
- Collaborate with the SDR team, sharing best practises, peer to peer training and supporting a culture of constant learning.
- 1 year+ of sales related experience
- Strong Communication Skills - Confident, clear communicator, comfortable making outbound calls and sending emails to potential leads.
- Goal-Oriented - Motivated to meet or exceed lead-generation targets and KPIs.
- Proactive Attitude - Able to identify new opportunities and stay resilient in reaching out to potential clients.
- Research Skills - Ability to research and identify potential leads within target markets.
- Interest in Sales and Business Development - Eager to learn sales techniques, understand the sales funnel, and support the sales team's efforts.
