
Employee Voice Specialist

- Design and implement the engagement survey and any supporting comms pre, during and post survey
- Develop our employee forum (Talking Shop Representatives), working with the Employee Voice Manager and relevant sponsors to design meeting content
- Driving engagement from colleagues and managers with the employee forum
- Organising listening groups and communicating common themes into key stakeholders
- Organise and support the delivery of the National Talking Shop Conference and other engagement events
- Monitor Talking Iceland Facebook group, feeding back and intervening and responding when necessary
- Support the ER and Engagement team to drive engagement with reward and wellbeing initiatives
- To be a proactive participant in project work as required within the team or as part of wider cross functional working group
- Build a strong network of internal and external customers and contacts
- Excellent communication skills covering all forms of comms including verbal communication
- Ability to demonstrate creativity in communication strategies
- Excellent Interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to create and to deliver to defined timescales
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility
- Ideally have a knowledge and an understanding of Retail
