- GCSE in maths and English (or equivalent) at grade C or above
- Administration positions held previously
- Previous office environment experience
- Worked in a reactive & fast paced position previously
- A high standard of IT literacy, including full proficiency in Microsoft 365 – Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive
- Demonstrable process implementation skills, including workload management
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office environment
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Organised and efficient
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a larger team
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience in working in a face paced, changing environment where priorities can change daily
- Full time position 8.45am – 5pm
- Previous housebuilding/construction experience
- Assist with administrative tasks provided by the wider company including printing, typing, binding, laminating, scanning etc.
- Assist with, scanning and general document administration and ad hoc support across all departments.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Provide some admin support to Regional MD on Monday/Friday as and when required.
- Provide some cover for PA to MD whilst she is on annual leave and her non-working days when required to ensure no deadlines are missed for any critical tasks.
- Assist PA to MD with office/facilities management.
- Cover reception duties including greeting visitors in a welcoming and friendly manner and distributing incoming correspondence.
- Arrange and monitor meeting room bookings, ensuring the provision of meeting room facilities for each meeting.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments across all departments.
- Support other members the office when required.
- Order PPE, workwear, and stationery etc. items as needed.
- Assist in the production of site setup and site handover packs.
- Maintain an accurate and efficient electronic filing and archiving system.
