🏁 High-Profile Project for a Globally Recognised Motorsport ClientWe are actively seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead the full electrical delivery of a prestigious £4M M&E CAT B fitout based in Wantage. This is a fast-paced, technically demanding project for a world-renowned motorsport brand, where precision, programme control, and coordination are absolutely critical.🔧 The Role:As the Electrical PM, you’ll take ownership of the electrical scope from design stage through to practical completion. Key responsibilities include:Interrogating specifications and raising RFIs where necessaryReviewing and assessing the suitability of working drawings for electriciansLeading technical submittals across the full package—distribution boards to lightingCoordinating closely with the preconstruction team to define realistic procurement strategiesSupporting robust cost control and change management throughoutEnsuring quality, compliance, and timeline targets are consistently metYou will be embedded on-site, with scope for hybrid working depending on project needs. A hands-on, proactive mindset is essential—this is a live environment build, and momentum is everything.✅ Requirements:Proven experience managing CAT B fitouts of a similar size and complexityStrong technical understanding of electrical packages within fast-track environmentsComfortable interrogating design documentation and coordinating technical submissionsConfident communicator and team leader, with a track record of delivery in occupied buildingsAble to start immediately.
