- Act as the central point of contact to coordinate site, client, Helpdesk, and ISS stakeholder requests.
- Receive, log, allocate, and track reactive works requests using Maximo, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Monitor and manage all open work orders, ensuring timely follow-ups with managers and suppliers.
- Track, input, and report on all aspects of customer quotes and orders, including uniform POs via Coupa.
- Manage subcontractors, including quotations, raising and receipting POs, permit support, and service delivery.
- Direct, engage, and manage relevant stakeholders across internal and external teams.
- Regularly review and audit asset lists and provide reporting to stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, able to engage with all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CAFM systems, preferably Maximo.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Applies sound judgement and decision-making skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintains confidentiality and applies lessons learnt to improve processes and outcomes.
