- Becoming super user of Sage 200 for invoicing and checking over client details
- Assisting with preparing and editing basic electrical schematics for switchgear and MCC’s
- Using WAP which is a module of Sage 200 for resubmissions
- Acting as first responder for incoming calls and triaging these where possible. Also reaching out to customers to detail ongoing projects when required
- Use of Radon system where drawings are submitted. Name changes and updates are carried out on this. Details between old and new drawings are also highlighted on this
- Use of PDF Pro for editing and resubmitting PDF documents
- Use of Microsoft Office Packages such as Excel for reporting, Outlook for emails and Teams for internal collaboration
- Creating and updating folders with all the correct documentation for each project
- Assisting with requesting materials from procurement
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually when required
- Professional approach towards all aspects of work
- Good time management, planning and organisational skills
- 4 day working week, Monday - Thursday
- Salary review upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
- Flexible start time after probationary period
