- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Take ownership of the customer journey from initial contact through to post-move follow-up
- Provide tailored advice on services and recommend additional options to suit customer needs
- Maintain high levels of customer service and communication to meet KPIs
- Use initiative to resolve issues promptly and deliver positive outcomes
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continually enhance the service experience
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer concerns are addressed and satisfaction levels remain high
- Keep current with internal processes, service offerings, and market trends
- Strong customer service mindset with a solution-focused approach
- Excellent communication abilities-both verbal and written
- Demonstrated empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills
