If you're excited about building SQL models, uncovering business-critical insights, tackling complex problems, and shaping our financial strategy as we grow, this role is for you.No challenge is too small -- or too large! You'll work in our Finance team, reporting to our Analytics Lead, and with significant exposure to our CFO, CPO and teams across the company, including Treasury, Engineering and Markets.The role is full-time, with the team working out of our offices in Borough Market, LondonKey responsibilitiesImprove and extend our mission critical financial models in dbtBecome a Financial Data SME - someone who understands the ins and outs of our monthly numbers, and takes the initiative to dig into and solve analytics issuesOwn BaU financial data processes, partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate insightsRedesigns our key financial dashboards as we scale our operations and add new productsContributes to our cross-functional analytics community - e.g. by peer reviewing code or sharing knowledge at our weekly meetupsRequired2-4 years in an analytical role (e.g. fintech, startup, or professional services)Strong SQL skills, and comfortable working with large, complex datasetsExperience building dashboards in tools like Looker or ModeStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCombine an eye for detail, with a pragmatic attitude to getting things done, and a 'no task too small' mentalityThe ability to work independently and balance prioritiesThe right to work in the UKNice to haveAn accounting or audit background is strongly preferred, given the role's focus on financial analysisSome experience with dbt, Python and/or R is a bonusPrevious exposure to treasury, product or financial systemsImpact firstTeam nextAccept realityPropose solutionsWin with gritBe proactively candid, with yourself and othersLove the particularOwn itCreate positive energyMaybe, even have funTaptap Send is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
