Location: Central Scotland (Project-Based)Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily site operations ensuring safety, quality, budget, and timelines are met.Supervise site staff and subcontractors; ensure compliance with policies and qualifications.Manage ordering of materials/plant and coordinate subcontractor activities.Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records and documentation.Prepare and implement safety and project documentation (e.g., inductions, risk assessments, plans).Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties.Conduct inspections, attend project meetings, and support collaborative working.Promote safety culture and assist in incident investigation and reporting.RequirementsPTS and SMSTS certified5+ years of supervisory experienceStrong understanding of HSQE standards and collaborative workingProject ScopeInvolvement in major infrastructure projects, potentially within the rail and transport sectors.
