Start Date: ASAP September StartAre you a patient and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in a child’s education? Protocol Education is seeking 1:1 Support Assistants to work with pupils in Banstead schools who need tailored guidance to help them thrive.What you’ll be doing:
  • Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
  • Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring pupils can access the curriculum
  • Supporting emotional regulation, social development, and confidence building
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to put effective learning plans in place
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or SEMH needs (school or community settings welcome)
  • A caring, adaptable, and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to helping pupils achieve their full potential
